Excellent Customer Service: Our Goal
CASE21 recently completed a survey of our 2010-11 customers to determine changes we need to make to continue to improve the services we provide.

Overall, CASE21 partner schools/districts are very satisfied with the Benchmark Assessments, reports, and professional development. The school administrators who responded like the quality of the test questions, the reports, and the professional development. Administrators like the benchmarks so much that they would recommend us to colleagues! A school administrator said, “The projections from the Comprehensive Benchmark Assessments contained a high rate of accuracy.” Several commented on the “excellent” customer service. And the reason for our work was summed up best by one administrator who said, “You guys have been fabulous! CASE21 has helped teachers see the importance of using data to drive instruction.” We look forward to working with these and new partners in 2011-12.
