CASE21 Benchmark Assessments Align with Common Core StandardsThe TE21 staff members who develop the CASE21 Benchmark Assessments and Question Item Bank are busily aligning the assessments and item bank to the Common Core standards. The new standards are more rigorous which makes it even more important for schools to have accurate ways to measure student knowledge. When the Common Core standards were first released, CASE21 executive directors prepared crosswalks with the state standards. Now, they are aligning test items to the clear and consistent Common Core standards.

Item Bank Grows!CASE21 Item bank now has over 24,000 items for MS and NC! In December, approximately 1,200 new items were added in all subject areas. More science and social studies items are being uploaded and will be available soon. The Item Bank also has new functions available! Now, after teachers have created the PDF of their test once, an icon appears next to the test name. Just click on the icon to bring that PDF back up at any time without having to wait for it to process!
